| A few shoppers have experienced problems using the shopping cart. Usually, the solution is one of two things explained below. If you try these solutions and you find that you are still experiencing problems, please e-mail us, and describe the details. It is also helpful if you include your type of computer, operating system version, and browser version.
PROBLEM: I can see the cards, but the order form page is missing the order form. Or sometimes the order form appears messed up. SOLUTION: Your browser may not be supporting JavaScript correctly. Either it is an older version of software, or your browser preferences have been changed to disable JavaScript. We recommend using Netscape Navigator or Microsoft Explorer 5.0 or newer. If you are an AOL member, we recommend version 5.0 or newer. If you are on a Unix system, you probably know more about this than us. If you are using a new enough browser, check your preferences. For Netscape 3.0, look under Options/Network Preferences/Languages. Make sure the Enable JavaScript box is clicked. For Netscape 4.0, look under Edit/Preferences/Advanced. Make sure the Enable JavaScript box is clicked. For Explorer 3.0 and newer, look under Edit/Preferences/Web Content. Make sure the Enable Scripting box is checked. For AOL, look under MyAOL/Preferences/WWW/Advanced Settings/Web Content. Make sure the Enable Scripting box is checked. PROBLEM: I can see the order form just fine. But when I click on an "Add to Basket" button on one of the card pages, nothing appears in the order form. Also, nothing appears in the shopping cart when I click on the "View Basket" button. If you are using a new enough browser, check your preferences. For Netscape 3.0, this shouldn't be a problem because you can't turn cookies off. For Netscape 4.0 or newer, look under Edit/Preferences/Advanced/Cookies. Make sure the "Do Not Accept Cookies" button is NOT selected. For Explorer 3.0 and newer, look under Edit/Preferences/Cookies. Make sure the Receiving Cookies menu DOES NOT say "Never Accept." For AOL, look under MyAOL/Preferences/WWW/Advanced Settings/Cookies. Make sure the Receiving Cookies menu DOES NOT say "Never Accept."
